1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pg777 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your access to and use of the pg777.cam website, its subdomains, and all associated gaming, betting, and financial services offered thereunder.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any casino game, or otherwise interacting with the pg777 platform in any material way, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. pg777 reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold withdrawals pending completion of age and identity verification at any point during your registration or account lifecycle. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and any funds recovered in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the pg777 platform at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. pg777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering your pg777 account, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to update your account information promptly if it changes. pg777 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pg777 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your pg777 account whilst you are logged in will be attributed to you and you will bear full responsibility for such activity, regardless of whether it was conducted by you personally.

• You must notify pg777 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• pg777 reserves the right to lock any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.
• You must not use automated software, bots, or scripts to create or operate a pg777 account.
• pg777 accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise disposed of to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

pg777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. pg777 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to players.

All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum transaction limits as displayed in the pg777 cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and by player account tier. pg777 does not charge a deposit fee, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which pg777 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified and is registered in your name. pg777 will not process withdrawals to a third-party account under any circumstances. Before processing any withdrawal, pg777 may require you to complete full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, including submission of identity documentation and proof of payment method ownership.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to verification requirements.
• pg777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing withdrawal funds.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or refused if the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Any bonus-funded winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• pg777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including JazzCash and EasyPaisa processing windows.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pg777 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be stated at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions applicable across all pg777 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• pg777 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed by a player.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or false personal information, will be forfeited and the relevant account(s) closed.

6. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the pg777 platform — including PSL cricket markets, international cricket fixtures, and other sports events — are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published separately in the relevant sports betting sections of pg777.cam.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. pg777 does not guarantee that displayed odds will remain available until a bet is placed.
• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the pg777 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except through the cash-out facility where available.
• pg777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by a palpable error in the odds, including pricing errors that are clearly inconsistent with the true market value.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to additional rules regarding event delays, interruptions, and abandonment. Specific rules are available in the live betting section.
• pg777 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict markets, or close the account of any player who is identified as engaging in systematic exploitation of pricing errors or bonus abuse.
• Bets placed on matches or events subsequently found to have been subject to match-fixing or corruption will be voided at pg777's discretion regardless of the apparent outcome.

For cricket betting specifically — including PSL, Asia Cup, ICC World Cup, and bilateral series fixtures — event postponement and weather interruption rules follow the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where applicable. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pg777 platform. Any player found to be engaging in any of the following activities will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and may face permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on pg777, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, algorithms, bots, or any automated means to interact with the pg777 platform in a manner not sanctioned by pg777.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting designed to exploit the platform.
• Laundering money or using pg777 as a vehicle for any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error will be void.
• Accessing or attempting to access any other player's account without their explicit authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal operation of the pg777 platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions imposed by pg777 or its licensing authority.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the platform.

• Any technical malfunction, communication failure, or network disruption beyond pg777's reasonable control that affects game outcomes or betting results.
• Any third-party payment processing delays, failures, or charges.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain liabilities is not permitted by law, pg777's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by such applicable law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

11. Account Termination & Suspension

pg777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, attempted fraud, or suspected money laundering.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 of these Terms.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

Upon termination for breach, pg777 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where evidence of fraud or prohibited conduct is established, to withhold and recover any winnings derived from such conduct. Any legitimate real-money balance remaining in a terminated account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and after deduction of any amounts owed to pg777.

You may close your pg777 account voluntarily at any time by contacting support via live chat. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding bet settlements or bonus wagering obligations that were in place at the time of the closure request.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pg777 holds its international gaming licence.
